Brazil Santos Adele comes from the south-east of the country. The coffee tree is grown at a lower altitude. This makes the variety stand out with its lower acidity and higher sweetness, which is further enhanced by the processing method. The coffee is famous primarily for its full body. It combines chocolate and nutty flavours with subtle notes of stone fruit. The taste is characterised by low or no acidity. The aroma is pleasant without a trace of bitterness.
